Launch waitlist privacy

Last updated October 9, 2026. This notice covers the launch waitlist, not future accounts or the full trading application.

What you give us

We collect your email address, any optional message you submit, your consent, and the signup date. Please don’t put passwords, account numbers, financial holdings, or other sensitive information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information to send Agent Charting launch news, product updates, and published research results, and to understand requests for the product. Joining does not create an account, subscription, or access to the terminal.

Where it goes

The launch website runs on Railway and stores waitlist submissions in MongoDB Atlas. These infrastructure providers process information to operate the service. We do not sell waitlist information or use advertising trackers on this page.

Your choices

You can ask to unsubscribe, access, correct, or delete your waitlist entry by emailing support@agentcharting.com. We retain it until you request deletion, or until the launch waitlist is retired. If we invite you to a future account, that will be a separate signup with its own terms and privacy notice.

Basic website security

The server temporarily counts requests by a hashed network identifier to limit spam. The hosting provider may keep operational request logs. This page does not require an account or payment information.
